1. Purpose and acceptance

1.1These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website eventam.org (the “Site”) and of the free sign-up to receive Eventos Latam updates (the “Registration”). The Site is operated by Del Sur Eventos Corporativos S.A. (the “Organizer”) under the Eventam^® brand.

1.2By registering and using the Site, the User accepts all of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Anyone who does not agree must refrain from using the Site.

2. The Event

2.1The information published about Eventos Latam 2027 (the “Event”) —date, venue, program, speakers, activities and prices— is preliminary and for information only. The Organizer may change it, and postpone or cancel the Event, at any time and without liability to registered persons.

2.2Mentioning speakers, sponsors or partners from previous editions does not imply their participation in future editions.

3. The Registration

3.1The Registration is free and voluntary. It is not a ticket purchase, enrollment, accreditation or reservation of a place, booth or sponsorship, gives no right to any place, price or benefit, and creates no obligations for the Organizer. Tickets, booths, sponsorships and participation as a speaker are governed exclusively by the specific terms agreed in each case.

3.2The User must provide true data of their own and is responsible for it. The Organizer may reject or delete any registration without stating a reason.

3.3By registering, the User agrees to receive communications about the Event by email and, if they leave their number, on WhatsApp. They can unsubscribe at any time through the link in each email, by replying UNSUBSCRIBE to an email or STOP on WhatsApp, or by writing to [email protected].

4. Proposals and content

4.1Sending proposals for talks, topics or content creates no commitment of selection, confidentiality or compensation. The Organizer freely decides the program and may receive or develop similar content without any obligation. The User declares that they own what they send and authorizes its use to evaluate the proposal.

5. Use of the Site

5.1It is forbidden to access systems or data without authorization, interfere with the operation or security of the Site, send false or automated registrations, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, and extract content in bulk, except as permitted by the Site’s robots.txt file.

5.2The Organizer may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or the Registration, and block access to anyone, at any time and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

6.1The Eventam^® brand, the name Eventos Latam, and the logos, texts, designs and images of the Site belong to the Organizer or its licensors. Sharing links and reproducing information about the Event for information purposes, citing the source, is allowed; any other use requires prior written authorization.

7. Liability

7.1The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without any guarantee of accuracy, availability or continuity.

7.2To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from: the use of or inability to use the Site; errors, interruptions or technical failures; the modification, postponement or cancellation of the Event; decisions or expenses —flights, accommodation or others— based on information on the Site; linked third-party content or services; or acts of other users or third parties.

7.3The User shall hold the Organizer harmless from any claim arising from the User’s breach of these Terms or of the law.

8. Changes, law and jurisdiction

8.1The Organizer may modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site applies from its publication.

8.2These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Asunción.

8.3The invalidity of one clause does not affect the others. In case of any discrepancy with a translation, the Spanish version prevails.
